Wow. Just wow. We worked with Steve on a car accident case and we couldnt be any happier with how it turned out. I am not that good with reviews, but would like to give Ben Scott and the staff from Wells Calls a big thank you. I was involved in an automobile accident while at work and going to just let things play out and not get a lawyer involved. But after months of playing middle man with the insurance company and workers comp I decided to look for a lawyer. Attorney Benjamin Scott handled my personal injury case. My case was not major however, attorney Scott handled my case like it was worth a million dollars. Attorney Scott was honest and upfront about the outcome of my case and he listened and went to work to defend me. Some people think that attorneys are only out to take your money, however, this was not the case with my attorney. In fact, Benjamin Scott reduced his fees drastically so that I received more of the settlement that was awarded. In essence he handled my case virtually for nothing. I asked his assistant why did attorney Scott reduce his fee and she said thats just the type of person he is. I mentioned this not so that people hire him because of his generosity but to let people know that he is a person of integrity, he cares about his clients he represents. I had a case where we were battling my own insurance company under my uninsured/underinsured coverage. Benjamin Scott was my attorney and did exactly what he said he would do from the onset. While we had to jump through a lot of hoops, Ben never lost track or settled for what the insurance company wanted us to settle for. I was in a car accident and there was back and forth over whos fault it was when i was rear ended. I gave steven clawson a call and he was able to help me right away. First was worrying about if i was ok and getting treatment, very perfessional in making sure I was ok. Then he helped me get a fair quote on what the car was worth by recommending getting a blue book quote on what the car was worth. After they told me not to worry about anything else but recovery, i was able to recover with the help of them also recommending a chiropractor for me. I was able to recover stress free and i believe if it wasnt for steven clawson and the folks at the law firm this process wouldve been a whole lot more stressful.
