I cannot describe how disappointed I am. I held my urge to write a bad review for way too many times and I think it’s time.When I brought my case to them, I did most of the work already. The only thing that I really needed the attorneys to do is to help me get the bodily injury portion and get treatment. Not to say I am the one who have to follow up with them all the time to push things forward, but they have changed the person in charge for 【SIX】times! And guess what, I was never informed. I only found out every time I called because they seemed to have disappeared.Also, i appreciate that they helped me file my liability portion too. HOWEVER, I did not get all the refund. As I said, when I presented the case to them, I have already talked to the corresponding adjusters about what will be covered and what I need to do to be covered. So this is just ridiculous that attorneys didn’t even realize that the amount on the refund check does not match the total on the receipts that should be refunded. FYI, the requested amount if still within the liability limit.To be fair, I gave them several chances and addressed my disappointment and trying to figure out a solution. But unfortunately none of opportunities I gave were valued and they still left me floating.In conclusion, I think my case might just be too small for this great company to care. So if you are looking for a responsible attorney who can relieve your stress, don’t use them.

When accidents happen you hope you can trust a firm that will not TANK YOUR CASE.I retained this law firm, who took on my case from an attorney who treated me like a number and/or Farm my case. My disappointment is that i had the wrong attorney representing me from his staff to his empty promises. I was treated with respect and even when i wish for it to go to trial. I was advised of the consequences and expenses. I was understanding of the outcome. I would differently choose WCTL as my first call first choice.

I was scared of how inconvenienced I would be after my car accident. I thought about the medical bills and not having a car. Luckily the West Coast team was able to get me a temporary rental car and their team made sure my medical bills were paid by the at fault drivers insurance. My stress was quickly put at ease thanks to them. After almost a year of their hard work, got a nice check for my accident. I know it might sound like a long time, but from what I understand, this is just how these things go. I am a patient person and I knew they were actively working on my case so it didnt bother me. I am not a client of theirs, but after a journey of 6 other phone calls, an hour of time spent trying to get my case evaluated, and 3 phone redirects from some 3rd party lawyer site, one man by the first name of Michael at this firm finally gave me some much needed concise advice to take my case through government agency instead of private lawyers given the quick criteria describing my case. Very disappointed in their services. They solicited business from my husband regarding an employment matter. A little over a year into the case, and during the beginning of COVID they petitioned to the court to be released from the case and left us high and dry. Stating they couldnt reach my husband. Which was not true. They had switched the case between 3 or 4 different lawyers and no one was ever on the same page, leaving my husband to submit a ton of the same information 3 times. During COVID my husband was an essential worker and was constantly at work. We tried talking to them, or asking what we should do next. They said find another lawyer. But they had put a lein on the case, and no other lawyer wanted to touch it. Just thought other people should know how they do business.

Poor and untimely communication in regards to updates and ensuring clients understand procedures and potential outcomes. Items to be reimbursed were not because they failed to inform me that what I submitted did not meet the requirements of the other partys insurance company. Had to initiate all communication except for when they advised me the case was closing. Got a decent settlement before their fees and paying back medical, but the settlement amount would have been similar from just about any law firm.

My experience with with West Coast Trial Lawyers has been nothing short of amazing. They were professional, cognizant of time, thoughtful, kind and considerate of my needs. Many of the staff stood out to me. First was Karen who has transitioned to another job. She was so patient, making sure my case was moving forward in a timely manner while also connecting with me, making sure that all of my doctors appointments were set up and connecting me with the lawyer directly if I needed to understand some logistics. After she left, I was sad but happy to work with Karin who stepped in, made sure to review my entire case and gave me the same A+ treatment. Kas was a lawyer who demonstrated seasoned and acquired knowledge. He was personable and honest, explaining all of my options as well as possible outcomes. This review is a huge shoutout to Rob Hernandez, the intake director for West Coast Trial Lawyers. On August 24, 2022, I called seeking legal help with an auto accident. Rob took the time and effort to hear about my case. Because my accident did not involve a personal injury, they could not take my case. But instead of hanging up on me as soon as it was determined they could not take my case, Rob still treated me like an actual client and spent a good deal of time explaining the small claims process. These guys here we’re great with communication and very detailed they keep in contact and all your questions are answered lol even the repetitive questions… but people please research your own case cause these lawyers and doctors are in cahoots for billing purposes, lawyers send you to their dr and once your settlements approved they take your money if California only gives &30,000 for car accidents and the dr charges you $10,000 for medical bills that the attorney makes you attend then the 33% for the lawyers cause they claim it’s usually more than one lawyer who works your case, the Dr has to agree your injured and the lawyer gets your claim approved for the medical report for the insurance to Financially compensate you. Also if you’d rather go to your own dr you most likely can cause the insurance dr will put a Lien on your settlement for paymentDo update upon checking my case was a little more complicated and due to a bad previous attorney, these guys did their best with at least getting me something back so for this im grateful and now understand the way a injury claim works with someone who only has liability insurance.

Just got my license and was driving on the freeway and got rear-ended. West coast trial lawyers was one of the first places I called while I was at urgent care. I was able to get a consultation over the phone and even spoke to an attorney. A few month later my case wrapped up. I can’t express the gratitude I have for this firm and Neama. From the date of my accident, I called the firm. They handled all communications with the insurance companies, relieving me of the stress of having to deal with them. They handled everything from getting my vehicle appraised, and repaired to getting me into a rental vehicle. I was able to choose any body shop I wanted as well. My daughter lost her father due to an automobile accident. A very much involved father and all around wonderful person. I was referred to West Coast Trial Lawyers when I got into a violent accident while driving southbound on 405 freeway. Experiencing a vehicle collision is a really traumatic and insurance companies make it extra stressful with all the paperwork and recorded statements until liability is decided. I spoke with one of the staff members today her name I believe was Sheyda who was in charge of Small Claims. She was really nice and really helped me understand what was going on with my case and how the attorneys were going to proceed. On 3/14/19 6 days ago I asked for help Erica sent me a retainer to read over, I couldnt open it on my cell and had to wait until I got home I told her this BUT by the time I got home she revoked it. Now as of today told me she cant resend it. My puzzling thought is she hadnt nor anyone else reviewed any documents related to my claim AT ALL and demanded I sign a document without adequate consultation not just over the phone details. I needed help drafting and reviewing a commercial sub-lease agreement and my sister-in-law suggested that I give them a call. October 2016 I was on my way home from taking my siblings out for the night. Little did I know I was about to be in a very serious car accident. I was riding one of those electric scooters you can rent, in a bike lane, and was clipped by a car while it was trying to make a right turn. I actually ended up getting a pretty serious concussion and had to go to the hospital. After I gave a long detailed explanation of a violent fall down a flight of stairs, they transferred me to one their lawyers. I was immediately told we only do auto collision. Their website is misleading as being “personal injury” law firm. Just ambulance chasers of car accidents should be their title on their website.
