Prior to my experience with West Coast Trial Lawyers, I had not heard of them before, which came as a surprise to me given how good my experience was. Their legal assistants and the attorney who helped me settle my case all maintained good communication with me and had an answer for every question. They were able to get me the maximum amount for my case. Underrated law firm if you ask me.

My truck was completely totaled by fault of a drunk driver a while back. I called west coast and they assured me I would get compensation for my accident. I signed and was happy when the team assigned to me was moving things along asap. Luckily, I had a dash cam and good footage, which they explained would be a huge help. Some months down the road and I got notice things went great. I then got my check shortly afterwards. Couldnt be happier to have had such a great group of people resolving this for me.

Finding a good lawyer is no easy task. It took me a lot of vetting to land on west coast trial lawyers, which a friend of mine actually referred me to. Im a skeptical person, especially since a lot of lawyers make empty promises, but from the start, this firm wasnt asking for any money. Even my consultation was free. I wasnt going to have to pay anything until they won my case, which I thought made sense. I really liked that and I signed with them. The result was a great team fighting for me and in time, a settlement check for an amount I didnt even expect. I made the right choice with WCTL and urge anyone in need to do the same.

I loved it here. They didnt try to get any money out of me up front or pressure me. The consultation was free, and it was only until they won my case that they took their fee. They got me a pretty good sum of money though, so it wasnt bad or anything.

These people wont even listen. They say they understand, but unless the employer has said something discriminatory against you based on your protected class, it is difficult to prove discrimination. The employer NEVER says anything discriminatory. It is ALWAYS their ACTIONS that are discriminatory (e.g., firing you (aka: Wrongful termination), demoting you, sending you home (suspension), and otherwise ignoring you as an employee.These so-called employment lawyers dont help. They refuse to even start the process.Dont trust this law firm. They falsely say they fight workplace/employment discrimination and harassment. THEY ADVOCATE IT!!!!!

When you look for lawyers, you obviously are looking for someone who will be able to get justice for you. Thats what West Coast Trial Lawyers did for my son. He was injured in a car accident caused by a DUI driver and his car was in terrible condition, not to mention he broke 3 bones and needed medical treatment asap. These lawyers were able to get that for him as well as deal with the car damage. I personally got to meet with his attorney and some of the assistants working the case and can say the people working here are nice and respectful. I recommend them if you are in a similar situation as we were.

It’s rare to find a place where you consistently run into people who are giving 100% and truly care about helping others.
