My wife and I hired the WILNER & O’REILLY team a year ago and they are Amazing! They Made my wife’s immigration process easy for us .Great communication! They answered every question we had and made us feel relaxed throughout the process. My wife got approved last week and Mr Orilley was with us during the interview . So. My wife and I had a... complicated situation with her coming to the US to say the very least. We were worried that the way we had decided to do things, it would make the process of her getting her Green card complicated and it would be difficult to do. From how we met, to my living situation at the time, to how she moved in and we got married and everything. I was filled with doubts from the very start about how things would work out. From the very consultation I had before even signing the contract, who I spoke to on the phone for that consultation filled me with the utmost confidence. Out of all the lawyers I spoke to... none made me feel like they would make everything work out but Wilner and OReilly.Our first case manager was Miranda, who was an absolute sweetheart and took the brunt of our emotional baggage because of my wifes living situation at the time, and was fantastic in helping reassure us that everything would work out. We were then transferred to a different case worker due to our case being moved to a closer office. Our case worker here was named Karen. And poor Karen had to deal with my disorganization when it came to submitting paperwork, constantly reminding me No, THIS is how itll work, so submit it like this and well. Im dumb and I accidentally ignored it every time lol. But she was an absolute JOY to work for. She was always prompt with answering questions, and there was a lot because of how complicated our situation seemed, and the lawyer, Cecilia, were always very clear and precise with what we needed to do and when we needed to do it by, and what we can and cannot do while everything was going on.And heres the best part. After 6 months of building paperwork and submitting an application that was approved by the lawyer... we were given a timeframe of roughly a year for everything to be finalized. They said they had preparation for our interview and every step along the way. Well. We got our approval for her Green card with no interview... in only 4 months time. In less time than we were expecting her to get her permit to work... we got approval for her permanent residency. My wife and I were blown away.This firm, our lawyer Cecilia, and our case worker Karen (and even a shout-out to Miranda, our first case worker for the first couple weeks) were absolutely tremendous to work with. I even called Karen when my wife got the email, to make sure, and I swear the 3 of us cried on the phone together because we were so happy. This firm absolutely cares about its clients and they will 100% get the job done. We couldnt have chosen a better firm to go with. From the very consultation, I was filled with confidence they would get the job done with no problems, but they more than surpassed any expectations that I had. We started working with WILNER & O’REILLY 1 year ago, and today I am holding my Permanent Residence card. Karen our case manager was amazing. Awesome communication, majority was done through email, except for what required an in person visit. She was quick to notify us with any updates or documents that were required to keep the process moving, but our favorite part was that any questions we had were answered the day of, or with in 24 hours. We are very happy we chose them, they were efficient, quick and they gave us the option of making monthly payments, so affordable as well. Adrienne and Cecilia made this whole agonizing immigration experience so much better and so much easier. It was reassuring to have a team behind us that we could go to for questions and who would stay on top of our paperwork and the changing immigration system. We were waiting for my husband’s interview for 2 years because of Covid delays. Adrienne was there for us anytime we had a question, needed to update something, or needed to express our frustration with the system. Aggie was our original lawyer before she got a new job but Cecilia was absolutely great in the interview. She stuck up for us when the officer was asking for a ridiculous amount of extra paperwork reminding him that he could find that paperwork himself but we would be happy to provide it. She was patient with us as we gathered all the extra paperwork and we had tons of questions about the formatting and what papers would be okay to turn in. I am very impressed with Aggie’s professional response when I first interacted with her. I thought normally despite it says it’s free consultation, but they might want to start to push to the direction for the service that would charge. However, Aggie did not push us, instead, She really took time and listened to our issue, and properly guided us there are still time to wait for the application result, provided us the potential proposals so at least we have a back up plan, which eased my worry during the first encounter. After 2 months, We decided and went back to Aggie after the due date is getting close. Aggie assigned Adrienne to assist her to help with our case. Hello Everyone,Im not the type of person that writes reviews, but this is the one time I will make an exception. I had applied for my green card through marriage about a year ago and some of the recent law changes made it difficult for me to be approved. I felt like I was placed between a rock and a hard place and had no way out. This is when I decided to google for some professional help and I thank God I came across Wilner & Oreilly. Ive heard of some horror stories from peers about other lawyers and I was afraid someone would try and take advantage of my situation. I made a call to the Riverside office and was attended by Karen who assisted me in scheduling an over the phone interview with attorney Aggie. In a matter of days I had a free consultation. Attorney Aggie was extremely professional, helpful and optimistic about me having a positive outcome. Not only that, but I had previously called other immigration lawyers that were charging me a ton of money to help me out. With attorney Aggie I had about 3 over the phone consultations, a zoom meeting a couple of days before my interview to do a run down of the questions theyd ask me and to address any concerns I had. They took our first payment which was over $1,000.00 and then took hundreds more to go to the interview with us which was only 15 to 20 minutes long and then took $2,000.00 to ask for our file.
