I hired the lawyer roland wayne mcmillan from 2005 to 2013, and in total I handled 4 cases, 2 of a criminal type seeking to eliminate them and only your success with the easiest. The second, 4 years passed before I ended up missing the court and I only spoke to the court on the phone to remove my case from the calendar, and at the end of so much he claimed from me for his delay in this case, and he only ended up telling me theres nothing I can do for you,,, and I get a card from a local lawyer and he gave it to me and I told him then why he took my money and took so long ruining my immigration case. In the immigration merits court, McMillan told the immigration judge, Stancill, that I did not qualify for cancellation of removal and also told the judge that my u visa was denied by USCIS, but he did not tell the immigration court. judge that uscis sends him to say that my u visa application is poorly documented and that mcmillan was incompetent, and this he did not tell the immigration judge and he did not give a copy to the court either. But I gave judge stancill a copy and she read it and was upset by such information and court was postponed, and in, the next court mcmillan withdrew from my house and the judge kicked him out of court without giving him a chance to raise the documents, the judge was already tired of mcmillan was always late and she reprimanded him on one occasion and despite that mcmillan blames me for my criminal actions, which is correct but I did not hire mcmillan to help me not to stop that he himself was my executioner, be careful with this lawyer.

After a reputable source of investigative background did a background check on myself with an attorney I realized reviewing the papers this year and month January 2022 that a Ray Newman attorney at law appears in court Dockets adding my name as one of the many plaintiff brought in a class action lawsuit without me knowing and without me ever even been a student to this Los Angeles City Collage. This is falsely reported in court papers that want to convince about my presence in this college!!!!! crooks. I went to this college once in my lifetime to ask infos to see if I could actually transfer credits from a different country!!!! Never ever returned in there ever and I actually moved in a different state so how am I in this law suit? This is Criminal! Both college providing informations to lawyers when I never ever went to this school and lawyer not to verify someone need to explain this to FBI and FTC!!!!!
